During the development of Tierprogramm (my first AppleScript Application ever) i realized that appleScript is quite powerful for Mac users. As i handed Tierprogramm to another guy who is trying to get the Leopard only app Tiger-ready i got some free time to do something else …. for sure again with AppleScript to improve the learning curve.

I started my first AppleScript based game some days ago. Basicly the target is to create a small DopeWars Clone in XCode based on AppleScript only. If the basic functions are implemented i’ll offer a first release for interested people but this will take some more days as my holidays are coming next week.After that i will add some new funcxtions to the game to improve the basic game-concept.

The project got the highly-creative name Yet another Dope Wars or in short YaDoWa
